An incredibly wet December which continued on Boxing Day. Met in the Queen's Head, no one else in so we arranged to dance inside by which time a few people had turned up. Peter sang the song and danced in with us (his debut as a dancer). The landlady videoed part of it and put it on Facebook. Fortunately is was a good bit of the dance!

It then faired up a bit so we danced a shortened version on the Green for the Clark family. Left out the Double Sword Down and the Single Unders (except the first one). Collected £23.10 and huge box of shortbread.

Then went to the triangle at Ringbeck and as we started to dance (short version again) it started to rain again. One brave lady came out to watch and was beheaded for her pains!

On to the the Crown at Grewelthorpe which was quite busy. Appreciative crowd including a lady who insisted we wait until she went home to put on some make up! She got beheaded. Nice music session afterwards.
