HUNDRED and FIFTY NINTH PUBLIC PERFORMANCE 18th January 2026

We didn't manage to dance at the Kirkby Malzeard Plough Service this year, due to heavy snow but we did get to Masham for theirs. After a lovely service we performed very well to a quite large congregation. As Peter was elsewhere (Straw Bear) Jim sang the Captain's Song very well indeed. Anita had her first dance out for us in a church. The lock went in very quickly but the dancers did have a few practices outside and inside the church.
Afterwards we were treated to sausages and mulled wine and we were asked loads of questions about the dance. It's always good to have interaction with the congregation. A very nice event.
